On Duty On Dunsmuir. Union Pacific Railroad 7967 (ES44AC/AC45CCTE, GE, 5/2012) pulled into Dunsmuir, California at just before 10:00 PM on March 26, 2022 leading a double stack train. There was a "footboard" crew change accomplished in under 5 minutes and the train was back on its way. The Amtrak Station displays a vintage "pointless arrow" that will greet passengers of the daily Coast Starlight.
