| Timing is everything. As a pair of GMTX SW1500's unload coal cars at the KCBX Terminal, the Alpena makes a timely appearance as she navigates her way through the Calumet River, bound for the LaFarge facility at 130th Street. The oldest ship on the Great Lakes, the Alpena is in her 80th year of service and is a regular visitor to Chicago during the shipping season. |
