| With a light dusting of snow on the ground, a trio of ex-UP SD60M's lead the Wisconsin & Southern's L531 as it departs from Janesville, Wisconsin. The train is rolling by the empty lot that is all that remains of the General Motors Janesville Assembly Plant. Built in the late 1910's for GM's Samson Tractor Division, the plant was idled in 2008 and demolished between 2018 and 2020. |
