The (nearly) 75 years old locomotive Ge 4/4 I # 603 "Badus" of the Rhaetian Railway is pulling the empty charter train 9525 from Landquart to Chur, running through Zizers. From Chur to Disentis/Mustér, the train will run as train 2727 for the members of the association steam friends of the RhB (Verein Dampffreunde der RhB) for the 45th general assembly. The locomotive was delivered on august 13th, 1947 by SLM, BBC and MFO. Between 1986 and 1991, the 10 locomotives of the Ge 4/4 I series were modernized, in particular new more spacious cabs were added and the locomotives were equipped with multiple and remote control. The # 603 is the oldest operational of the series, the operational # 605 and # 610 were delivered in 1953.
