Bridge In The Woods. The Little Schuylkill River bridge in New Ringgold, Pennsylvania is is a small span located just north of the commercial and residential area of the borough. On Tuesday, April 26, 2022, Reading & Northern Railroad’s newly restored former Reading Railroad T-1 2102 (4-8-4) operated a test train using 50 coal hoppers from North Reading, PA to Jim Thorpe, PA. The river appears to be at low tide, revealing a substantial amount of fallen trees.
