The BDZ Mikado 01 23 hauling the Corona express is awaiting departure from the Most station. The name Corona is not related to the Covid-19. The luxury train Corona express consits of coaches specially produced in 1938 in Germany for the Bulgarian Tsar Boris III, Tsaritsa Ioanna and Price Kiril. This locomotive has been built in Switzerland in 1935 by the SLM Winterthur. The locomotives of the 01 class were built by various manufacturers in Germany, Poland and Switzerland. Since the engines produced in Switzerland were paid for in Bulgarian tobacco as part of a barter, they were nicknamed Tabakloks (Tobacco Locomotives).
