Preeeesent.....ARMS! Federal troops guarding the Herr's Mill Covered Bridge salute the passage of the train bearing the remains of the 16th President of the United States, Abraham Lincoln.
This 2022 re-enactment was conducted at the Harrisburg, Lincoln & Lancaster Railroad, on the grounds of Stone Gables Estate in Elizabethtown, PA, on the 157th anniversary of the date on which President Lincoln's funeral train passed this very spot.
