Looking more like a typical early 1980’s train than its head end, the rear of Pittsburg & Shawmut’s Brookville Local crosses the Mahoning Creek at Colwell, Pennsylvania. The 50-ton hoppers on the head end will be dropped at Dora, while the 70-ton loads seen here are on their way to the Conrail interchange at Brookville.
