Tucked behind trailers amid industrial downtown Nashville are 3 B23-7s, and while NWR 4245 (out of scene) remains mostly in-tact, counterpart 4219 and its Conrail cousin have suffered the repercussions, serving as parts units to maintain Nashville and Western's active roster. The future looks grim for these once mighty B-boats, but for now they continue to exist in a state of suspended entropy.
