Amtrak's eastbound Toronto-New York Niagra Rainbow headed up by a pair of E-8s passes under the Marion branch bridge over CP15 in Newark, NY in November 1978. The Marion branch bridge was removed in the 1980s, and the interlocking, signals and pole lines are long gone since then too.

Photos showing the railroad pole lines. The pole line used four basic electrical circuits - telegraph, telephone, signaling, and power. Modern technologies of fiber optics, microwave, radio, satellite, and computers have been replacing the pole lines.
