| It's 2006 and the Carolina Southern Railroad is bringing a cut of cars into Conway, South Carolina on the former Waccamaw Coast Line Railroad. The lack of upkeep on the track (seen here) and bridges is a big reason why this railroad failed and R.J. Corman eventually took over. |
