Remarks & Notes
CP 8861 leads a unit coal train over the CN bridge at Cisco in the Fraser River Canyon under stormy skies. The bridge in the foreground is the CPR mainline. Since the 1990s, CN and CP have shared track through the canyon allowing for directional operations with all eastbound trains using the CP line and westbound trains travelling over CN's tracks.

Landscape photography is difficult due to the challenge of combining good light and good scenery. Good railroad photography enters another level of complexity since it requires the first two while there is a train in view.
