| Norfolk Southern #8736 leads Train 191 out of Columbia, South Carolina in October 2008. The conductor is walking ahead of the train to throw a switch so the train can proceed toward Georgia and points south. NS 8736 was built for the railroad by General Electric in 1992 as a C40-8. It was sold to Progress Rail in 2017 for scrap. |
