Chesapeake & Ohio EMD GP15T No. 1504 sits in Barr Yard in Riverdale, Illinois, on August 10, 1986. Only 28 GP15T’s were built and are the only GP15’s equipped with dynamic brakes—and C&O Nos. 1500-1524 are the majority of them built.
