| The BC Rail heritage locomotive make a surprise appearance on the Peoria to Decatur local (L557) as it runs through Pekin during the early evening. The conductor has had to throw the power switch manually and waits to switch power back on. A car on 3rd Street apparently is tired of waiting for the train to clear, and drives the wrong way on the one-way street. |
