Southwest Portland Cement Company EMD SDP35 No. 411 is running long hood first with a train from Victorville, California, operating back to the quarry as it approaches Stoddard Wells Road on March 5, 1987. EMD’s SDP35 was equipped with a steam generator at the rear of the squared off long hood. SWPC No. 411 was the former Seaboard Air Line No. 1111.
