Lancaster and Chester Train 16 works the industries on the wye track that connects to CSX Transportation. Here, they are shoving across Beltline Road because Train 12 is about to come in from behind the photographer.
L&C 2866 is an EMD GP38AC built for the Southern Railway in 1971. Since being sold to Gulf & Ohio Railways, it worked for a number of their properties before being sent to the L&C. She retains her short high hood. |
