Fresh out of the day's college classes and unaware of the American Orient Express' trip from Los Angeles to Seattle, I swung by the Depot at Santa Barbara to take advantage of the nice afternoon light. First though as the train approached was that #14 was running late. I was quite surprised when the AOE pulled up.
