        Remarks & Notes
CSX 9280 is seen leading Portland to East Deerfield manifest train POED over the Concord River in Lowell. This locomotive was built in August, 1990 as CSX 7627. It was retired in 2016 and sold to Pan Am Railways and served for six years as MEC 7627 wearing a patched CSX scheme. CSX reacquired the locomotive in 2022 when they purchased Pan Am. The locomotive recently received fresh paint and a new road number and is back pulling freight trains on former Pan Am rails.
