With the Warner Mountains for a backdrop, an eastbound manifest on the Modoc Line exits Indian Camp Loop. Earlier in the month, Modoc trackage between Alturas and Wendel had been reactivated following the Rio Grande-Southern Pacific merger. Today, this grade is a hiking trail.
