A Manhattan-bound 1 train is seen pulling out of 239th St Yard, about to enter service at 238th St Station. This train is a rush hour put-in which begins service at the penultimate station on the line, and in the background can be seen the crew quarters at 242nd St Station. R62A no. 2470 (Bombardier, 1984-1987) is the lead motor on this train.
