| Westbound CN intermodal with a canyon rock gray ex-citirail unit on lead through the Thompson River Canyon. Last year this same location recorded the highest ever temperature in Canada, a sweltering 122 degrees fahrenheit (50 Celsius). The trees in the foreground and the town of Lytton caught fire shortly thereafter. Even today you can still see fire retardant on many of the structures along the railroad right of way. |
