Nestled at just over 8000', the town of Pinecliffe, named in the most literal sense, hosts an eastbound manifest following the rushing waters of South Boulder Creek on its descent towards Denver on the former D&RGW. Although far from soft lighting, the high mid-day sun reveals the cuts and crevices of the massive granite formations carved along the river.
