It's golden hour at Redondo Junction as AMTK 509 basks in the light adjacent to the ex-Santa Fe Railway turntable here at Amtrak's Redondo Junction locomotive servicing facility. Those with ken eyes will notice the Santa Fe "Get The Safety Habit" logo proudly returned to the side of the span along with the beautiful, wooden operating house that was built to spec off blue prints provided to Amtrak from the San Bernardino Railroad Historical Society.
