Two former Go Transit F59PH's are seen very out of place as they handle some serious tonnage on their drawbars while traveling on the head-end of a BNSF Los Angeles - Chicago intermodal train as it prepares to crest Cajon Summit on a hot afternoon. LTEX 18520, originally built as Go Transit (GOT) 520 and LTEX 18522, originally built as GOT 522, transitioned to lease units following their first commuter service career and traveled to Southern California to work Metrolink trains as RBRX lease units. Following their service in this role, they sat idle for many years before finally falling into the hands of LTEX which reportedly scrapped these two units following their arrival onto home property.
