| Evening At Annsville Creek. Amtrak 49(6) heads towards Chicago with AMTK 110 (P42DC) leading on Friday, January 6, 2023. Perhaps the parts of the sky that were not well illuminated at sunset amplified the portions that were shockingly bright. While it is unusual for a diesel and not a P32AC-DM (Dual Mode) to lead an Amtrak train in this territory, it does occur when a dual mode engine is not available.
