The New York Container Terminal Express Rail crew pulls a cut of trash cars past the Davidson Street Industrial Complex at Arlington Yard in Staten Island, New York. The crew is utilizing LTEX EMD MP15DC #1550, which is on long term lease due to the unreliability of the company's Process Locomtives PL1500-4RS CLCX #2058 and the recent unsuccessful replacement, GMTX EMD SW1500 #173.
