| It's late afternoon on a brisk autumn day in November 2008 and a two train is taking place at Assembly Street in Columbia, Souh Carolina. The conductor for the outgoing train is ready to perform his run-by inspection of the incoming train. NS 8397 was a GE C40-8W built in 1993 for Conrail as 6191. It was sold to Progress Rail in 2019. |
