| The Snoqualmie and Skykomish rivers converge into the Snohomish River and drain into Puget Sound at the north end of Everett. This point is also the confluence of the BNSF Scenic sub and Bellingham sub, aka the North Branch. There are four good sized bridges along this first mile of the north branch and it acts as a funnel for all north end traffic. Good place if trains float your boat. |
