Decorations. Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) Type K LRVs no.s 9030, 9046, and 9049 (Kawasaki, 1981-1982) are seen briefly laid up at the Yeadon Loop on Route 13. Each have been decorated by their operator for a different event: 9030 for Valentine's Day, 9046 for Black History Month, and 9049 for Super Bowl LVII, which the Eagles would play in on the very next day!
