"Capricorn" ABe 4/16 # 3111 "Piz Ela" (first of the series) of the Rhaetian Railway, running as test train 9442 from Untersax on the Arosa line to Chur, between Untersax and Chur Sand. The Arosa line was opened in 1914 by the then independent Arosa Railway, electrified with 2400 V DC and up to 6.0 % grades. In 1942 taken over by the Rhaetian Railway, in 1997 changed to 11000 V AC 16,7 Hz like the main network of the RhB.
