NS 3638 and mate bring up the rear of a loaded coal train headed toward Bluefield, VA/WV. Operating as manned helpers, they are crossing the Bluestone National Scenic River at Mill Creek, WV, near Bramwell after exiting the Elkhart Tunnel.
