EMD GP38-2 No. 6222, still decorated in the orange paint scheme of Detroit, Toledo & Ironton, is now working for Grand Trunk Western after a merger and leads a GTW freight train on February 7, 1987. The train is operating northbound on Indiana Harbor Belt and is approaching the busy crossing of Santa Fe’s main line at McCook, Illinois.
