New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) R211A no. 4065 (Kawasaki, 2019-present) is the lead motor on an Ozone Park-bound A train seen approaching 111th St Station on the Liberty Avenue Line. On the middle track is R46 car no. 5978 (Pullman-Standard, 1975-1978) and its consist, laid up for the weekend while service levels are lower. The R46 cars will be the first model of car retired as the R211s enter service.
