    Remarks & Notes
While large swaths of New England got dumped on with a foot of snow in some places, Connecticut, at least in the lower elevations, didn't even get a dusting. The rain, followed by snow which melted instantly, did cause some flooding issues. And the storm in general may have slightly delayed this northbound Hartford Line shuttle, which slows for its stop in Windsor 15 minutes late.

With double tracking, CT Rail, a new regional service, and restoration of Springfield Union Station, the Connecticut Valley line has become once more an exciting place for train watching.
