| The Shreveport Shops put on these home shop rebuilds. The shop did 5 of these GP32ECOs. Sounds like they mainly work in and around Shreveport, and are a neat looking design with their GP40X carbodies. The 2036 was built as the PC GP38 #7793 back in 1969. The unit made it to the Conrail, CMNW, and GWWR before coming to the KCS.
They have a neat GP40X look to them with a nice rebuild sticker by the cab. |
