Trail Fail? Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) Metrorail 3000-Series car no. 3264 (Breda, 1984-1988) is the lead motor on an 8-car Blue Line train seen approaching Eisenhower Ave Station. The middle four cars of this train, car pairs 3000 / 3001 and 3016 / 3017, were decked out with a special cherry blossom wrap, which I was expecting to be on the lead cars of the train...
