Tetra Tatras.
Two 2-unit Budapesti K?zlekedési Vállalat (BKV, Budapest Transit Company) trams are seen passing at Móricz Zsigmond k?rtér station on Lines 56 and 56A. These trams, made by Czech manufacturer Tatra, are single-ended, and thus are generally run in pairs (or in triple on Line 1) to ensure there are no issues changing directions at termini.
These trams were built as model T5C5 in 1974, 1980, and 1984, and were refurbished in 2002-2004 and 2009-present into model T5C5K. The difference in front displays may indicate one was part of the earlier refurbishment and one the later.
