On the dark afternoon of March 17, 2023, CSX L020-17, with CSXT 6214 (née-WM 4315, GP40-2) and 6223 (née-BO 4324, GP40-2), is switching at the end of the Troy Industrial in Troy, New York near Interstate Commodities. The train is working with cars for American Rock Salt Inc., a customer who appears to be having a fairly busy day. Nicknamed "Collar City" for its once prominent role in the clothing industry, Troy used to host a variety of railroads including Delaware & Hudson, Boston & Maine, and New York Central with freight and passenger service, but now only sees CSX trains on this line.
