On the occasion of the 2023 beer festivity in the Feldschl?sschen brewery at Rheinfelden, a steam train with locomotives top and tail circulated between Rheinfelden station and the brewery, on a distance of about 750 meter. Here, the little shunter E 2/2 "Chnurrli", built in 1907 by Krauss and Comp. in Munich with work number # 5966 for the Feldschl?sschen brewery and in service there til 1965, is leaving the "station" Rheinfelden with a train up to the brewery, with E 3/3 # 8512 in the rear. The E 2/2 locomotive is still owned by the brewery but on long term loan to the association steam group Zürich for maintenance and operation, and is based in Brugg Bahnpark nowadays.
