| A heavy mineral train with three class Dr16 heavy duty diesel locomotives has left from Iisalmi, after electric locomotive has been switched to diesels. Despite the signs of electrification on this partially electrified Iisalmi-Ylivieska line, diesels are still needed, but this chapter will be brought to an end when this rail section will be completely electrified. |
