Remarks & Notes

A pair of SD50s lead Conrail SEAL south through Ridgefield Park. The second unit had recently been repainted into the then-current Conrail paint scheme with a white sill stripe. Those box cars of Canadian newsprint were common on this train. Note that several of the old New York Central era telegraph poles are still standing in the weeds.
