Four bands on the pole indicate mile post 40 on UP's Council Bluffs Sub, crossing with BNSF's Sioux City line. UP 8032 East has a string of NORX coal cars as it arrives in Fremont for a crew change, then on to Boone, IA and beyond. Fuji Velvia.
