    Remarks & Notes
The DG 22 locomotive was in service until the end of 1955 at Ets. Heuze-Malevez-Simon in Auvelais. It comes from Ets. Adhémar Demanet in Gosselies who used it until 1980. The Cockerill factories built 942 locomotives of this type between 1871 and 1950. Due to the particular arrangement of the boiler, with very modest dimensions, this type of locomotive was called the “bottle”. Their use was limited to the shunting of a few wagons in quarries, construction sites or various small industries. On December 27, 1980 the engine received the name “Micheline”.
