Low Light In Lowell. On the March 28, 2022, Amtrak Train 11 (Coast Starlight) passed through Lowell, Oregon next to Lookout Point Lake with Webb Rail's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/slpr 313 (WEBX 801044), former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome/coach 549 (WEBX 801045), and former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/slpr "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) holding the markers. The train is passing through one of the many scenic sections of the "Coast Starlight" that includes lakes, mountains, forests and ocean coastline.
