Water Level On The Pacific.. It was still a bit hazy but very warm on the morning of July 25, 2020, as Amtrak Coast Starlight (Train 14, Los Angeles, CA-Seattle, WA) passed the beach near Emma Wood State Park in Ventura, California. Webb Rail's with former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/slpr 313 (WEBX 801044) and former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/slpr "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) were holding the markers as the passengers were able to enjoy the views of the Pacific Ocean from the dome windows.
