Moving at track speed the Wabash Cannon Ball rushed through Litchfield, Illinois on May 04, 1955. E-8 #1005 crosses the CB&Q tracks on its way to St. Louis with an all heavy-weight consist. Photo by Bill Warren, from my collection.
