Worst Case Scenario. BNSF L-CHI663 clears up yard limits as it begins It’s trek to Eddysville with a rare veteran ATSF warbonnet B40-8W, 552 leading a BNSF GP39-3, 2867 along with another remaining ATSF locomotive, SD40-2 1755 wearing the bluebonnet scheme. With little to no work at Burlington, only 4 tankers had to be brought to Eddysville. H-GALLIN ended up holding up the mains while working around New London, which led the L-CHI663 and a few other westbounds along the Ottumwa Sub to hold back to back. 663 didn’t get moving until after midnight, which only allowed us to get 2 photos the whole chase.
