New Arrivals and Departures.
New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) R211A no. 4089 (Kawasaki, 2019-present) and R46 no. 6018 (Pullman-Standard, 1975-1978) are seen heading opposite directions at Howard Beach-JFK Airport Station. The R211A cars are slowly, but surely entering service on the A - with this being the third such set in daily service - and will begin displacing the venerable R46 trains in the relatively near future.
