| Re 420 # 157 (Re 4/4 II # 11157) of the SBB pulls the measuring train 97863 from Thun via Olten-Arth Goldau to Bellinzona San Paolo over the Gotthard mountain line through the Wattinger curve betwwen Gurtnellen and Wassen. The load of the train is used to calibrate the dynamic track scales of the train control equipment. The locomotive is a typical example of a worn down Re 4/4 II, with missing of front number, missing works and type plate, missing "57" of the number on the side. |
